Welcome to Space Design Solutions Ltd
SPACE design solutions is a design practice run from my home in Wiltshire. I provide professional services to business and residential clients from the initial design process through to gaining planning permissions and building regulation approvals for all types of work.
With nearly 30 years of experience split between working for a local conservation architect and over 15 years running my own practice I been involved in many types of projects from ancient timber frame repairs, through the full gambit of home extensions, to one off new dwellings for private clients and developers.
Whatever your project I am happy to offer a free initial visit to discuss your needs and offer advice on the best way forward.
My Philosophy
Drawing on lessons learnt from past in terms of design, scale and proportion I am able to produce considered design solutions to fit your needs whilst incorporating the latest building technologies into the final scheme.
Idea
After exploring your initial ideas I can explain all the necessary processes that need to be implemented to realise your final scheme.
Accuracy
Depending on the scale of the project building surveys are undertaken by myself or a local surveying firm to produce an accurate base AutoCAD drawing.
Design
The design service I offer provides you with initial sketch solutions through to final scheme solutions ready for permission and construction phases.
Completion
The final drawing package, reflecting your needs, will provide you with a comprehensive set of information for pricing and construction purposes.
